New Mandate – Reinstate Fr. Richard at St. Martin de Porres

Are you a current/former parishioner of St. Martin de Porres in Prosper, Texas or are you a member of FRK Advocates?  Would you like to see Fr. Richard Kirkham reinstated as pastor of St. Martin de Porres and his reputation restored?

Philip Gray, a canon lawyer, has agreed to volunteer (at no cost) to represent members of the laity who want to reinstate Fr. Richard Kirkham as the pastor of St. Martin de Porres.  If you would like him to represent you, you can sign a new mandate giving him authority to represent you in this case.

The mandate needs to be signed and witnessed by TWO people and the original needs to be mailed to Philip Gray’s office at:

You can also sign and drop off the letters with a core member of the FRK Advocates who will get the mandate to Philip.

By signing this mandate, you will grant Philip Gray the authority to pursue the return of Father Richard Kirkham to the Parish of Saint Martin de Porres as its Pastor, to pursue the restoration of his good name, to pursue an apostolic visitation of the Diocese of Fort Worth, and to pursue all other acts associated by circumstance necessary to protect your interests in this situation.
